About Us
After serving over 25 years in the United States Air Force, retired Lt Col Matthew Howard and his wife Lanessa have returned to their Missouri/Arkansas roots and brought a 10 year history and passion for traditional Texas BBQ and smoked meats. Family values, customer satisfaction, superior taste, quality, and customer health/safety are the foundation for Saintz BBQ Co.

"The Beast" has quickly become a fan favorite so we are going to add it to the main menu - loaded baked potato topped with your choice of a generous portion of pulled pork ($11.49) or brisket ($12.59); then topped off with our Saintz signature BBQ sauce! Bring your appetite, "The Beast" is not for the faint of heart!
